Ich bin ziemlich frueh angekommen (aus Australien) und war erschopft. Die sehr hilfsbereite, nette Dame am Empfang (eine Blondine, die die Haare manchmal im Pferdeschwanz traegt) hat es mir erlaubt, frueher ins Zimmer zu gehen und ich war so dankbar dafuer. Das hat mir so sehr geholfen - solche Dinge sind wirklich der Unterschied zwischen einem passenden und einem tollen Hotel und ich finde das Metropol wirklich spitze - bequem, gemuetlich und freundlich - vielen herzlichen Dank :)

An absolute pleasure from start to end. I would definitely stay here again. We had great fun with Tomas In reception and the breakfast staff also. Very pleasant, accommodating and efficient all round. Vielen dank für alles.

Also we loved the coffee/hot beverages and the sustainable packaging/ cups. The only quibble was the price of breakfast. 40 for 2 seemed exorbitant. Perhaps worth it if we were very hungry!
