Very nice hotel, location excellent, staff super.
Maybe there should be more space for clothes

Dear guest,

thank you for your visit and for taking the time to send us your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and liked our hotel. It's just great to read you very much appreciated the friendly and professional service of our staff. We are all enjoying working at Metropol and it's a pleasure to host and welcome our guests. Nice you liked the size and comfort of your room too. Our rooms have a modern design and typically for a city hotel we do offer a shelve system to orgainse your clothings. We are sorry the space we offer was not enough for you. We hope you will stay with us again.

Best regards

It is a relatively small hotel, good location to central station, good rooms and a nice breakfast

Very pleasant, I am satisfied. For the price, however, I would expect some amenities such as shower cap, slippers, and a bottle of mineral water.

Dear guest,

thanks for your visit and your review. We are glad your stay at our hotel was very pleasant and satisfying. Great you liked the comfort and size of your room and enjoyed the breakfast selection we offer a lot. Please note, that we already offer a lot of additional amenities such as free coffee/tea as well as water 24/7 in our lobby, a nice tablet in your room to serve in the internet, including the acess to serveral newspapers, a small library and lots of other things. Due to environmental aspect we do not want to offer disposables such as a shower cap or slippers. Thanks for your understanding. We are looking forward to your next visit!

Best regards

Gute Unterbringung für Städtetripp, Nachhaltigkeitskonzept

Lieber Klaus,
