Ruhiges Hotel, liegt an keiner Durchgangsstrasse, sehr nahe beim Hauptbahnhof. Sehr netter Empfang beim Checkin.

Good stay

Dear Eli,

thank you for your visit and your review. We are glad you had a good stay with us. Just a pitty the price for your room was not convenient. We think that the price performance is a very good one. Instead of a kettle in each room we offer a 24/7 tea and coffee service in our lobby. Feel free to get your hot drink there. Due to environmental reasons we decided to skip the daily room service. We offer fresh towels, soap, toiletries,....at self service stations on two floors in our hotel. Room service we only offer after a 5 days stay. Thanks for your understanding.
We hope you will be our guest again.

We were in a hurry to leave for the airport around 6:45am. I asked the restaurant and the front desk if there was any bagged take away breakfast and there was nothing offered. We just left without it.

We are very sorry that your second stay did not meet your expectations.
Due to the BAUMA trade fair, we were fully booked on 29.10 and unfortunately could no longer offer a room change, as you only expressed this wish at 6 pm. If you had informed us directly at your check-in, which according to the system was at 11 a.m., that the room with the roof terrace was too small for you, we could have acted earlier and changed the room.
However, it was the same category that you chose in July. Since this was the second time you had stayed with us, we thought we would make you happy by giving you a quiet room on the 6th floor with a terrace.
we regret that this did not provide the desired pleasure for the one-day stay.
Of course we also offer lunch boxes to our guests. As breakfast was not included in your rate, this would have had to be paid for separately.
In general, we always offer something for our early departures so that no guest has to leave the house hungry.
Dear guest, despite all the circumstances, we would be delighted if you would give us another chance to convince you of our house.

danke, dass Sie uns erneut während der BAUMA besucht haben. Es freut uns immer, wenn wir Gäste schon seit langem bei uns begrüßen dürfen. Schade, dass wir Sie als Stammgast nicht vollkommen begeistern können. (so entnehme ich das Ihrer Bewertung) Darf ich fragen, woran das gelegen hat? Die Preise sind während der BAUMA leider in der ganzen Stadt hoch, da können auch wir nichts daran ändern. Sobald man das Hotel betritt, fühlt man sich wie zu Hause.

Es ist großartig zu lesen, dass Sie sich direkt bei Ihrer Ankunft wohl in unserem Haus gefühlt haben. Gerne haben wir uns um Ihr Wohlergehen und auch Ihr Anliegen gekümmert. Eine individuelle Ansprache ist uns sehr wichtig und passt auch wunderbar zu unserem familiengeführten Haus. Danke für das Kompliment zu unserem Interior. Schön, dass es Ihnen gefallen hat. Es freut uns auch sehr, dass Sie unser Reinigungskonzept unterstützen und für gut befinden. In unsren Zimmern finden Sie sowohl eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Klimaanlage als auch für die Heizung. Wenn Sie dennoch Unterstützung in der Anwendung benötigen, dann dürfen Sie sich gerne an der Rezeption melden, auch wenn Sie Fragen zur Bedingung des Fernseher haben. Hier liegt aktuell keine Beschreibung vor, da die Handhabung in der Regel bei den Gästen kein Problem darstellt. Wir stehen Ihnen aber gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und freuen uns, wenn wir Sie wieder einmal bei uns willkommen heißen dürfen.

An alles ist gedacht: aktuelle Tageszeitung, Kaffee/Teeautomat jederzeit verfügbar (kostenlos!), WLAN fantastisch, kleine Bar für einen Absacker, Begrüßungsgetränk etc. Und vor allem: Diese ganz besondere persönliche, familiäre Athmosphäre tut so gut.
