It was no confortably

Dear Ms Montaña,

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We are very sorry to hear that we were unable to meet your expectations in several areas.

We regret that you did not feel comfortable in your room, especially in the bathroom. The lack of daily room cleaning and the impression of unfriendliness on the part of our team are, of course, not in line with our standards of service and quality. We will address these issues internally immediately and take measures to improve our standards.

However, we do state on the booking page and on our website that we do not offer a housekeeping service. We communicate everything openly here. However, you were welcome to contact us personally at any time if you needed service. We would have been happy to send housekeeping to remove the rubbish, for example.

We also take your feedback on the price-performance ratio and the public areas seriously. Your comments help us to work on specific improvements.

We would be delighted if you would give us the opportunity to convince you of our service and hospitality during a future stay. If you have any further comments or requests, please feel free to contact us directly at any time.

Das Hotel super, günstig gelegen. Die Baustelle gegenüber hat genervt, aber das ist ja nicht zu ändern.

Bereits zum dritten Mal habe ich im 'Metropol' gewohnt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und zentral am Hauptbahnhof gelegen. Gerne komme ich wieder hierher wenn ich in München weile.

Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen durch das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal an der Rezeption. Alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein tolles Hotel.

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Ihnen die Lage, das Frühstücksangebot und die Betten gefallen haben und Sie unser Preis-Leistungsverhältnis als sehr gut empfunden haben.

Ihre Anmerkungen zu den Zimmerdetails, der Sauberkeit sowie zur Atmosphäre beim Empfang und Frühstück nehmen wir sehr ernst und werden wir umgehend mit unserem Team besprechen.

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie direkt bei Ihrer Ankunft einen unruhigen Moment erlebt haben und dass kleine Details – wie die Türen oder die Gestaltung des Innenhofs – Ihren Eindruck getrübt haben. Selbstverständlich beschäftigen wir viele unterschiedliche Charaktere, und jeder Mitarbeiter hat seine ganz eigene Art – dennoch ist es unser gemeinsames Ziel, alles für das Wohl unserer Gäste zu tun.

Auch sind wir bereits schon im Austausch mit diversen Firmen, um den Innenhof ansehnlicher und vor allem grüner zu gestalten. Auch der Blick aus dem Fenster soll Urlaubsgefühle wecken und wir können dies sehr gut nachvollziehen.

Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und Ihnen dann einen noch angenehmeren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.
