Perfect stay, friendly staff, near to center, well connected. Room was perfect, very clean, had a very good bed. Breakfast was wonderful, you could find everything your heart desires.

The central location of our hotel is also a big plus. Only 3 minutes away from the main train station and yet located in a quiet side street - perfect for exploring all the sights of Munich.

Das Hotel ist einwandfrei. Mit der superzentralen Lage mit 5 min vom HBF ist man überall schnell. Man sollte sich nicht von dem Umfeld schrecken lassen. Meiner Meinung nach normal für eine Großstadt. Zufahrt für die Parkgarage abenteuerlich, aber möglich.

So hat sich besonders unsere Senior Chefin über Ihr Feedback zu dem Sektempfang gefreut. Ihr liegt es sehr am Herzen, dass jeder Gast sich wohl fühlt und ist für jeden Plausch zu haben. Auch freuen wir uns sehr über Ihre Anmerkung zu unserem Frühstücksbuffet. In und um München gibt es vorzügliche Lebensmittel. Wir beziehen so viele Produkte wie möglich aus der Region. So ist es uns möglich ebenfalls Familienbetriebe zu unterstützen.

Decorated in a nice way and with friendly and willing to help staff the hotel overall makes a good impression and you feel very welcome. The hotel is nicely situated very close to Hauptbahnhof. We did not love the surrounding but it is very convenient to move around and while not the best part of Munich, it feels safe. Only small issue is the noise from the road during the evening. This was not traffic but people outside during the night making a lot of noise. I would opt for a back-side room as preference in the future.

Wonderful experience! The room was clean and stylish, we had a short stay but it was perfect. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful!

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, super Lage, Zimmer in Größe und Komfort gut für einen Städtetrip, perfektes Hotel um die Stadt zu erkunden

Ach freuen wir uns über Ihre positive Anmerkungen zu unserem Service und Mitarbeitern. Dieses Lob haben wir gerne geteilt und weitergegeben. Bezüglich der Lage stimmen wir Ihnen natürlich zu. Nur 15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt aber doch in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, sodass man nach dem Erkunden auf dem Zimmer entspannen kann.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie uns schon bald wieder im Hotel Metropol besuchen kommen.

Excellent. It would be nice to have larger coffee cups. Also, smoked fish like lox or gravlax for non-meat eaters would be a welcome addition to your otherwise superb and varied menu. Extra napkins at the tables.

We are also very happy about your praise for the breakfast. Since we source as many products as possible regionally and in the best quality, there is currently no fish (salmon) on our buffet. However, we have many meat-free alternatives as well as vegan spreads and various types of cheese to compensate for this. Napkins are on the table in the cutlery bag. You are welcome to contact our service team so that we can bring you more napkins. We also read your comment about the desk. we have desks available in every other category. This can be seen very well in our pictures and in the room description. We will be happy to advise you personally on your next booking to find the right category for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us. We also have a free water dispenser with fruit water in the lobby to quench your first thirst after a long day out. Fruit or biscuits are not currently provided. We don't know of any other business hotel that offers this in our price segment. The route from the train station to our hotel is also very easy to find on our homepage. It also stands out in the reviews that we are only a 3-minute walk from the station. We would still be happy to welcome you back soon.
