We are proud of our long-term employees who give everything for our guests. Regarding your comment about the total amount. originally was booked for Oktoberfest. As a gesture of goodwill, we have offered a voucher here. At the time of your booking, Oktoberfest had not yet been cancelled. You could have changed the rate at any time via our homepage. The voucher would have been valid until you redeemed it completely. Of course we could have extended this one. Also, we have provided a free upgrade since different categories were booked. Next time it is best to contact us directly if something is not right or if you have any questions.
