Our experience is such that we will stay at the Maiers hotel on our next visit to Munich and highly recommend it to our family and friends. I want to give special recognition to Fiona Schmid who went above and beyond in helping us with our reservation (and rectify a horrible experience with Expedia) and to Paulina (sorry, I may have her full name wrong) who works at reception. She is a delight. You have chosen well having her represent your hotel. She is friendly, personable, helpful and always with a smile (even through the mask!)
