hosting you was a pleasure. Receiving your positive feedback too. So happy you enjoyed your stay with us a lot and your experiences with us were very good. We understand that it can be a little bit inconvenient to carry the luagge those three steps before reaching the lift. Unfortunately, due to building static, it's not possible to chance the system of the lift. We will always be pleased to assist our guets with their luaggage. Our recpetion staff will be there to help you. Should you visit Munich in the future, we hope you will choose to stay with us again.

Our experience was great! The staff were amazing, the heating in the room was perfect, plenty of space to hang our big jackets and places to keep our suitcases. No complaints!!
