Poor. Charged 4.5 euro for replacement water. Desk staff very helpful tho

We are delighted that you enjoyed our breakfast and the friendliness of our reception team.

Regarding your comment about the water, we would like to clarify that we do not normally provide bottles of water in the rooms.

However, as a small gesture, we provided you with a free bottle in your room. In addition, Fusion water, coffee, and tea are available free of charge in our lobby at any time.
Additional bottles of water can be purchased, as is customary in all hotels. At €4.50 for a large bottle, our prices are actually quite reasonable for downtown Munich.

Regarding the pillows, you could have spoken to us at the front desk at any time—we would have been happy to provide you with additional pillows upon request.

We regret that we did not have the opportunity to resolve this issue for you directly on site.

Your comment about our housekeeping team is also important to us. We will discuss this internally to ensure that we provide our usual friendly service in this area as well.

Absolute perfect service and the location was great for exploring Munich during Oktoberfest.

I vas very satisfied from the comfort provided in hotel and very friendly staff. It was quiet inside.

Hotels prices vary depending on the season. True, durning fare, Oktobefest or other big events prices increase. We still offer a great value for money. We are looking forward to host you again.

Es war wie immer. Schöner Aufenthalt im Metropol. Wir waren schon öfters da, es ist immer wieder ein schönes Erlebnis. Ende Oktober kommen wir wieder.

Ihr Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist super.
Einziges Kriterium: Der EZ-Aufschlag war für mich etwas hoch.
