Great. Exactly what I wanted and expected. Great location (near central train station), still quiet on a side street, room was spacious, front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel Metropol is a really comfortable stand irrespective of purpose of your trip. It doesn't matter whether you travel for business or for leisure, alone or not Hotel Metropol will always meet your wishes. First of all it take just 15 minutes by walk to reach the Marienplatz. Secondly, the railway station is as long as just 300m from the hotel. Due to great communications it's very convinient to plan moving to and from the airport and all over the country as well. And last, but not least the friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts will make your stay very comfortable.

Angenehmes, sauberes ruhiges Zimmer mit etwas zu kleinem Bad und zeitweise unangenehmer Geruch vom Abfluß. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Tür des Hinterausgangs zum Parkplatz ließ sich durch die Baustelle nur 40 % öffnen, was hätte vermieden werden können. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Breakfast buffet was awesome! They had everything--German breakfast (cold cuts and breads and cheeses) and I was thrilled they also had American breakfast foods (eggs and cereal and pastries). The coffee machine was wonderful -- loved the cappuccino!
