Terrible
reading your review really makes us sad. It would feel better, for both sides, to receive or give a positive review. Unfortunately you mean that you got bed bugs from our hotel. We are really sorry to hear about this but we have to emphasize that origin of your problem did not take place in our hotel. When reading your review it seems that it was a real bad experience you made but somehow we received your review several days after your check out. Of course we searched your room for an evidence but we did not find anything. Please be assure that we searched very well. Further there were not other complaints from other guests, not before your arrival nor after you left. Maybe you got them from somewhere else? It's also possible that you carried a bed bug in your lugguage or clothes? Anyway, there were not evidences for bed bugs in our hotel and you were the first guest ever who mentioned this problem. We are sorry you made this bad experience but clearly state that the origin of the problem did not take place in our house.
