Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We are very sorry to hear that we were unable to meet your expectations in several areas.

We regret that you did not feel comfortable in your room, especially in the bathroom. The lack of daily room cleaning and the impression of unfriendliness on the part of our team are, of course, not in line with our standards of service and quality. We will address these issues internally immediately and take measures to improve our standards.

However, we do state on the booking page and on our website that we do not offer a housekeeping service. We communicate everything openly here. However, you were welcome to contact us personally at any time if you needed service. We would have been happy to send housekeeping to remove the rubbish, for example.

We also take your feedback on the price-performance ratio and the public areas seriously. Your comments help us to work on specific improvements.
