thanks a lot for visiting us recently and sharing your review. Great you enjoyed your stay at Metropol very much. Of course we would have offered you more teabags or sweetener on request. Usually they last for a short stay and get refilled afterwards but of course you can always ask for a refill. We hope you will choose our hotel again, should you visit Munich in the future.

We enjoyed staying at your hotel. The location was great being near the train station. Room was comfortable. However, bed was a bit firm and pillows a bit flat. The extra pillow I received wasn't as flat.

Great you enjoyed your stay at our hotel and very much appreciated the central location of our house. It's indeed super easy to access the train station as well as the city center, both within only some minutes. For sure our staff tried to help you with your request and we are lucky we could solve both of them. We do offer room rates with or without breakfast included. Maybe you book a night including the breakfast next time? It´s really worth it. Looking forward to host you again.

Great. Hotel looks old and grubby from the outside..... a world apart from the inside. Breakfast choice was second to none.
