Great room and nice staff. Parking underground was a bit scary.

With pleasure we read that the friendliness of our staff was a positive experience for you. We understand that the garage could seem a bit tight on the first sight. It's an old building and not so spacious as modern garages you may know. As parking in Munich is very limited, we are glad to offer a private parking to our guests. Of course our reception staff will support you should you need an extra eye to park.

Very good communication, and clean smooth check -in, everything was like clock work efficient.

Several weeks traveling, this was the worst stay of our trip. If it wasn’t our final nights with all our belongings, would have moved to a different hotel. Improve on staff, items provided in room, update bathrooms & warn visitors of noise.

thanks for your feedback. Our biggest aim is to provide a great and comfortable experience for our guets. Unfortunately we were not able to make you feel comfortable on your last day of your long travels. Reading your experience with us was the worst one within several weeks of traveling makes us really upsad. Your feedback is not into detail, theirfor it's difficult for us to review what went wrong during your visit. We understand that the construction noise from outside can have a negative impact on your stay even though we can not influence outside atmosphere. We further understand that the bathroom of your room should get an update. We are constantly renovating our rooms and there are only some rooms left to be updated in the near future. Therefore the price for those rooms is lower. Overall your experience was not convenient and this is really regrettable.
Your feedback will help us to improve our services for the future.

Good location. Stayed a week and would have liked a larger room where I could spread out more. No microwave.
