Overall the experience was good. Room was large and clean, and breakfast was a nice added touch.

thank you very much for your visit and your review. We are glad your experience with our hotel was a good one. Great you enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and appreciated the comfort of your room. Reading that there were some problems with your reservation at the Oktoberfest makes us feel upset. We do organize lots of tables for our guests and it's never a problem to get to the tables. You reserved 2 tables in two different tents at 2 different hours. Maybe you mixed something up? Please let us know what really went wrong. Further in any case of uncertainty of your reservation, the staff at the entrance of the tent is able to help you finding your table. We are very sorry for any inconveniences you experienced and hope you could enjoy the Oktoberfest later on. It would be a pleasure to host you again.

Great location to the train and to Oktoberfest. The room was clean and overall very quiet. We would stay here again the next time.

Convenient, clean and well appointed rooms. We booked for the proximity to Oktoberfest and the location was perfect. Took the train from the airport and the hotel was VERY close to the central station.

Freundliche Mitarbeitende, saubere Zimmer und super Frühstück.

Lieber Hans-Peter,

es hat uns sehr gefreut, dass wir Sie erneut bei uns begrüßen durften. Schön, dass Sie auch dieses Mal wieder eine angenehme Zeit hatten und Sie unseren Service genossen haben. Ja, während der Oktobefestzeit sind die Zimmerpreise in unserem Haus, wie auch in allen anderen Hotels in München, höher als sonst. Hier spielt tatsächlich die hohe Nachfrage eine Rolle bei der Preisgestaltung. Wir freuen uns, wenn Sie uns zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt wieder einmal besuchen kommen.
