Location is very good,and breakfast is wonderful.

Great location. If the rate is below 200 EUR, I would consider staying here again.

It's Oktoberfest at the moment and at that effect the prices in Munich are high. We hope you will return for another visit any other time of the year.

All levels of staffing were very helpful. I was there for the opening of Octoberfest and the hotel was fully booked. Staff had excellent knowledge of the event and the city.

Comfortable and pleasant

Dear guest,

thanks for choosing our hotel recently while staying in Munich. We are happy to read you enjoyed your stay with us and had a comfortable and pleasant time at Metropol. Unfortunately I do not understand your concerns on our liquid soap, which we provide. In most cases a soap bar won't be used till it's finished and we would have to change the bar every day (due to hygenic standards). This would not be environmental friendly. If the liquid soap is used with responsibility, there wont't be lot of waste. We hope for your understanding.

It would be a pleasure to host you again at Metropol.
