Very well organised and super friendly staff and access the room early.

it was so nice having you as our guest recently. It makes us happy to read you enjoyed your time with us and appreciated our well organised and friendly service. Generally great!

Dear guest,

thanks for your visit and your review. Good to read you generally were happy with your stay. We can see that you did not feel so comfortable at our breakfast area. We are sorry your experience was not so nice. During peak times it can get a bit cramped. Usually this is only a 5-10 min slot. Be sure we already found the perfect layout for our breakfast room. It's an old building and not always easy to redesign a room. Should you visit us again, maybe you can manage to take your breakfast before or after the peak time.

During Oktoberfest time hotel prices increase in Munich, that's true. Glad you still thing the value for money you got was very good. Stay with us druing another season of the year when prices are moderate. Looking forward to your next visit.

We were traveling with friends and there was eight in our group. We all had to stay at different hotels and some at nicer more expensive hotels. However, when comparing experiences, it was clear that we had the best overall experience.

Forgot to mention free coffee and tea all day.

Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Poor. Charged 4.5 euro for replacement water. Desk staff very helpful tho

We are delighted that you enjoyed our breakfast and the friendliness of our reception team.

Regarding your comment about the water, we would like to clarify that we do not normally provide bottles of water in the rooms.

However, as a small gesture, we provided you with a free bottle in your room. In addition, Fusion water, coffee, and tea are available free of charge in our lobby at any time.
Additional bottles of water can be purchased, as is customary in all hotels. At €4.50 for a large bottle, our prices are actually quite reasonable for downtown Munich.

Regarding the pillows, you could have spoken to us at the front desk at any time—we would have been happy to provide you with additional pillows upon request.

We regret that we did not have the opportunity to resolve this issue for you directly on site.

Your comment about our housekeeping team is also important to us. We will discuss this internally to ensure that we provide our usual friendly service in this area as well.

We hope to impress you even more during your next stay with us.

Absolute perfect service and the location was great for exploring Munich during Oktoberfest.

I vas very satisfied from the comfort provided in hotel and very friendly staff. It was quiet inside.

Hotels prices vary depending on the season. True, durning fare, Oktobefest or other big events prices increase. We still offer a great value for money. We are looking forward to host you again.

Es war wie immer. Schöner Aufenthalt im Metropol. Wir waren schon öfters da, es ist immer wieder ein schönes Erlebnis. Ende Oktober kommen wir wieder.

Personal sehr freundlich,kompetent. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig.Das ganze Hotel sauber und gepflegt( Blumen und Deko wunderbar)
