sehr gute Lage zum Bahnhof und relativ kurze Wege zur Innenstadt, aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, saubere, moderne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück in einem angenehmen Speiseraum

Our first room (309) was standard, large with lots of space, also large bathroom. The room offered all what we needed. Our second stay in business room with balcony (508) was excellent, that room seemed more modern, smaller but enough space. We really loved this room and balcony! The cleaning ladies were friendly and did a good job as well as reception personnel. Twice there was a lovely chocolate surprise waiting for us in the room, great! Also enough water in bottles all the time. Air con is useful and very good, too.

it was such a pleasure to host you! Thank you so much for choosing our hotel. We are very glad to read you very much enjoyed your stay with us and our service was very conviencing to you. Our staff does work very professional and of course beeing friendly and courteous is just normal for all of us. We are very glad you appreciated our service. Reading about the shortfall on the breakfast booking makes us upsad. We are so sorry for these unsatisfactory situation. Of course we do not want our guests to feel upsad because one of the booking plaforms is not able to refresh the conditions. We did also contacted tripadvisor to refresh the description of our site.
As you very much liked beeing our guests anyway, we would love to see and host you again at our hotel.

Very friendly staff. The best breakfast we had in Europe and clean and mordern rooms. Good value
