Very good location and comfortable hotel

thanks for taking again the time to send us a review. Adding an extra night is a good feedback on our work. We are happy you were very satisfied with your stay at Metropol. You only mentioned, that a 24/7 reception would be a nice extra for you, especially regarding the price you paid. Prices during Oktoberfest are always higher than during other times of the year. Further, a hotel of our category does not offer a 24/7 reception. To have fully access to a reception during the night you may need to book a 5* hotel. Our night manager is available for assistance and emergencies during the night.

We hope you will consider to visit us again in the future.

What an amazing staff and inviting location. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Nicoletta was even able to get us into our room early which was a huge gift to us. I cannot speak more highly of our experience. Thank you to all that made our visit so special.

We loved this very German, privately owned/run hotel in an excellent location for Oktoberfest.

Our favorite part of staying at the Hotel Metropol was meeting Markos and having him take care of us. The hotel was also very convenient for us to attend Oktoberfest and local tours.

It was a fantastic location, the cleanliness of the hotel, friendly / helpful staff, wonderful breakfast spread and overall "vibe" of the hotel made for a wonderful visit. I had email exchanges with questions prior to our arrival and they were promptly answered with very helpful information. we missed breakfast on our last day so Lea made sure that we had a sack lunch to take with us and arranged for a taxi to the airport. Everyone we encountered was 10/10. thank you
