Vom ankommen bis zur Abreise waren alle sehr freundlich und das zur Wiesn Zeit

Es ist klasse zu lesen, dass Sie eine gute Zeit bei uns im Haus verbracht haben und die Freundlichkeit unseres Personal so gemocht haben. Selbstverständlich wird eine freundliche und höfliche Kommunikation mit unseren Gästen das ganze Jahr hindurch praktiziert. :) Wir alle sind gerne für unsere Gäste da und freuen uns, wenn wir unseren Gästen eine schöne Zeit ermöglichen können. Dies gilt natürlich auch zu stressigeren Zeiten wie zur Wiesn.

Really great location, customer service was fantastic- everyone so friendly, and delicious breakfast. Overall wonderful stay and I'd definitely return.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, ideal für Oktoberfest

Lieber Andreas,

vielen Dank für Ihren Besuch. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie zufrieden mit unserem Haus und Service waren. Sie haben Recht, unser Hotel liegt sehr günstig zum Oktoberfest. In nur wenigen Minuten hat man die Festwiese zu Fuß erreicht. Aber auch zum Zentrum von München ist es nicht weit. Die Lage unseres Hotels eignet sich perfekt für alle Arten von Unternehmungen in und rund um München. Vielleicht wollen Sie München auch einmal zu einem anderen Anlass als das Oktoberfest besuchen? Wir sind dann sehr gerne wieder Ihre Gastgeber.

Overall, my experience was perfect! I was so pleased with my stay! From check-in to check-out, hotel staff was kind and very helpful with providing information around town. I especially want to give a shout out to the young lady working on the night of September 8th, 2017 as she was so kind to help me search where the Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory tower was located, as the 1970s film was shot in Munich. She went above and beyond to search the address and I thought it was so kind of her to do so. Your location is superb, as it is walking distance from the train station, which is where my tour group was to meet in the morning.

Our breakfast really offers a wide range of foods and dishes, warm or cold. We are happy to offer our guests a great breakfast and that you did really enjoyed the selection. Please accept my apologies for the dirty nespresso water filter. I am really sorry you made this bad experience. Of course this should not happen. I hope you were able to enjoy a nespresso coffee after we cleant the water filter.
