The hotel was in a perfect location. so close to the main train station so you can get around easily within the city. The breakfast was excellent and one of the reasons why we picked this hotel. The staff were friendly and we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel. Would have been nice to check in a little early but overall very helpful staff, clean hotel with special touches.

Everything was great except for the parking situation. Your underground parking spaces are the most insane thing I have ever seen. What is the purpose of the angled ramps?!?!? After spending a few minutes attempting to line up on the ramp, the front bumper of the car hit the ramp trying to go on to it. I wondered if I was supposed to lower the ramp (I could not read the sign in German). My wife went back up and explained that we couldn't go up the ramp, and we were then instructed to park in the outside lot. Get rid of the ramps and level out the spaces, please!

Ich war das 3 mal bei Ihnen und mit Klimaanlage ist es nun Perfekt. Auch die Möglichkeit Zeitungen usw. kostenlos zu lesen ist nochmal eine Steigerung. Wir sehen uns im nächsten Jahr.
