Liebe Birgit,

When I arrived the hotel I also received cancellation notices on my phone due to unable to reach me at approx arrival time. I did not receive any phone calls from the hotel but I did reply emails days before and did online check in so it was bit confusing. I was one and half hours late to approx arrival time but it might be too early to decide cancelling the booking? ? The Wifi connection was unstable time to time during my journey.
However I truly appreciate upgrading the room for me and it was so special. Unforgettable experience to me.
The room was very clean and nicely decorated. I had good sleep which is very important to me.

Once again thank you very much for your service. All the best.

Kind regards,
Sakura

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your stay and your detailed feedback. We appreciate it taht you were taking the time to share your impressions with us.

We are sorry that you received a cancellation notification upon arrival, even though you contacted us in advance by email and completed the online check-in. We understand how confusing this situation must have been. Your feedback will help us to further optimize communication regarding arrival times and the check-in process. Sorry again for any confusion. We also regret that the Wi-Fi connection during your stay was not stabile all day long. We take your feedback seriously. Further we would like to inform you that our reception staff is always happy to help you with any issues. In most cases they can immediatley help with such small problems. Never mind to inform our staff. We are especially pleased that you enjoyed the room upgrade and found your stay memorable. It's wonderful to hear that the cleanliness, furnishings and sleeping comfort made you feel very homy. We will also gladly pass on your praise for the friendliness of our team.

We would be delighted to welcome you again on a future visit.

Best regards

The hotel overall was a great place to stay for people traveling without a car to visit the Christmas Markets and to tour Munich and elsewhere in Bavaria. It took about 20 minutes to walk to the Marienplatz, and the HBF was only a 3 minute walk. The front desk and breakfast staff were always friendly and helpful.

Dear John,

thank you so much for your detailed feedback. We are more than delighted to read that our hotel was a great experience for you and you liked your stay with us a lot. True, the closeness to the train station makes it super easy to travel by train as a car is due to the central location not needed within the city center of Munich. So glad all the sites were reachable conveniently by foot. We praise your feedback regarding the friendliness of our staff. So good you we were able to let you feel comfortable. Happy to read the comfort of your room was enjoyed too even though you think the bathroom was a bit too small. Our breakfast buffet should be a highlight for all our guests - so glad it was one for you too.

Should you visit Munich in the future, we will be happy to welcome you again.

Best regards
Paula
