Ich würde jederzeit wieder Im Metropol wohnen,, wenn ich in München bin. Ein kleines, gepflegtes Haus in guter Lage, bei bestem Service.

Alles in allem sehr gut, nicht nur die Bahnhofsnähe (von der die Straße zudem weniger beeinträchtigt wird als andere bahnhofsnahe Straßen); habe Hotel bereits weiterempfohlen

Da wir jedes Jahr mindestens einmal in diesem Hotel übernachten, kann man einfach sagen: Es ist wie zu Hause!!!!!!!

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your review after your stay.
We are very sorry to read that we could not fulfil your expectations.
Unfortunately, we also have to realise that we could have clarified many things in advance or during your stay if you had contacted our reception team.
Firstly, we would like to mention that we have shower gel and soap in the rooms. Body cream is not provided in our star segment. Nevertheless, you could have contacted us and we would have tried to organise something here.
We would also have been happy to bring you more pillows or slippers to your room. You can purchase slippers from us, as we do not keep them in the rooms for sustainability reasons. All additional items can be ordered via our app.
You will also find our welcome water for free use in the lobby - as well as our coffee and tea station, which is available to all guests free of charge.
We are happy to take on board your feedback regarding the bathroom and will follow this up internally via our housekeeping. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
With regard to your statement about our employees, we have also taken your comments on board and will speak to our colleagues again. Some employees are still new at reception and need to find their feet. Nevertheless, every member of staff is doing their best to fulfil all guests' wishes. Unfortunately, you were only able to get an idea of this when you checked in, as you checked out online. However, we would be very pleased if you could give us more detailed feedback so that we know where the difficulties lay.
We were pleased to hear that you enjoyed your breakfast with us. We attach great importance to regional products in organic quality in order to support smaller companies.
