Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Lieber Gast,

schön, dass Sie bei uns zu Gast waren und einen tollen Aufenthalt hatten. Es macht uns stolz zu lesen, dass Sie ganz besonders von unseren freundlichen Mitarbeitern begeistert waren und auch die sauberen Zimmer sehr geschätzt haben. Toll, dass auch unser Frühstück von Ihnen genossen wurde.

Hôtel dans un quartier très moyen

Dear Hervé,

Thank you for your visit and for taking the time to share your impressions with us and other guests.

We are pleased that you appreciated the comfort of your room and the friendliness of our team. We also thank you for your positive feedback regarding cleanliness.

At the same time, we take your comments regarding room cleaning, especially emptying the trash cans seriously. As you were informed at your booking process, that there will be no daily room service, we hope you understand that we can not make any exceptions. There are two service station in our hotel where you can get fresh towels, toiletries or empfty your bin. It's a pitty you were expecting something else.

We have also carefully read your feedback on the value for money and the location and are sorry we could not totally meet your expectations.

We hope that despite the points mentioned, you still enjoyed your stay with us. We would be delighted to welcome you back.

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay in Munich. The hotel is quiet, well located, with an excellent breakfast and very competent staff. If we return to Munich, we will definitely stay here again.

Guter Standort, schnelle Kommunikation, wir hatten Zimmer zum Innenhof mit Balkon, dadurch ruhige Umgebung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter.

Dear guest,

wir bedanken uns für Ihre Bewertung, welche wir entnehmen dürfen, dass Sie einen schönen Aufenthalt bei uns hatten. Darüber freuen wir uns natürlich sehr, ebenso wie wir uns über die positive Rückmeldung zu unserem freundlichen Personal und der Sauberkeit freuen. Wir haben Ihre Anmerkung zur Größe der Dusche wahrgenommen. Leider können wir in manchen Zimmern aufgrund von baulichen Gegebenheiten auch bei einer Renovierung die Duschen nicht vergrößern.
Wir hoffen, Sie konnten trotzdem angenehm duschen.

Ihr Hinweis zur besseren Beschriftung der Kartenzimmer ist sehr hilfreich. Gerne leiten wir diesen direkt an die passende Stelle weiter.
