Excellent. We had a problem with the safe which was probably our fault for keying in the wrong code but the duty manager sorted it out quickly and efficiently despite being busy checking in other guests. Very professionally run operation.

Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit überaus freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Ein Zimmerwechsel am Ankunftstag wurde unkompliziert organisiert. Wegen des Straßen- bzw. Baustellenlärms ist zu empfehlen, ein Zimmer zum Innenhof zu nehmen.

Being from Ireland/Scotland we are used to tea and coffee in hotel rooms. We know this is not the norm in Germany/Austria, so we very much appreciated your free coffee machine in the lobby! We are staying in six other hotels in Austria and Italy during our trip, and it looks as though only yours has this facility! Makes a big difference.

Mir wurde Ihr Hotel von einer Geschäftspartnerin empfohlen. Die Reservierung online war etwas unklar und kompliziert, da ein Bonus für Onlinebuchung gewährt werden sollte, und dies nicht funktioniert hat. Ich konnte es jedoch telefonisch regeln. Alles in allem hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
