Quite ok.
The clogged sink was not ok.
Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us.
We have read your comments carefully and would like to clarify a few points at this point, as transparent communication is very important to us so as not to leave any false impressions.
Firstly, we would like to mention that we were not informed that there was a problem with the sink.
Unfortunately, you did not contact us during your stay, so we had no opportunity to check or rectify the problem. We would have liked to have had the opportunity to send a repairman as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
We would also like to emphasise that we employ sufficient cleaning staff who are paid above the standard rate. For us as a family business, the satisfaction of our guests as well as our employees and the quality of our cleaning is particularly important.
In addition, a chambermaid has to clean a maximum of 10 rooms a day. Compared to other hotels, we attach great importance to quality rather than quantity in order to always offer our guests a high level of cleanliness and service.
We wanted to mention this again because it is very important to us and we don't want to give the wrong impression.
