Ein wirklich tolles Hotel zentral in München gelegen. Unverschämt nettes Personal!

This is our favorite place to stay in Munich! Such friendly staff, great location as close to the trains and trams and a lovely vibe!

Wonderful location for touring the old town and my wife and I were very satisfied with the hotel's staff, room & breakfast.

So good you and your wife were very happy staying with us and especially appreciated the friendly and helpful service of our staff. Great our receptionist could give you some suggestions for nice restaurants and made an early check-in possible. Your praise for the quality and variety of our breakfast makes us proud and is a good motivation to keep on goining our way. We are sorry you could not find any option for "Americano" coffee. It's not a typcial word for a German coffee so maybe you need to search for "Kaffee" next time.

wie schön, dass Sie so begeistert von unserem Haus waren und einen rundum tolle Erfahrung mit uns gemacht haben. Klasse, dass das Frühstücksbuffet Ihre Wünsche erfüllt hat und Sie ganz besonders die Freundlichkeit unserer Mitarbeiter positiv hervor heben. Es ist uns auch wichtig zu sehen, dass auch unser Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis von unseren Gästen als sehr gut angesehen wird. Wir freuen uns daher, dass auch der Preis sehr gut gepasst hat.

Our reservation was cancelled by Expedia because my credit card could not be charged. Unfortunately, due to my very busy schedule, I didn’t notice the cancellation in time.

When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we found that our reservation was no longer available. Fortunately, your staff kindly helped us book rooms at the hotel next door, which was a great relief and extremely helpful.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation once again for your outstanding assistance and warm hospitality. Thank you very much for your kindness and support.

I only stayed at your hotel for one night, but it was one of the warmest and most welcoming hotels I have ever experienced. Among all the hotels I have stayed at, yours truly made me feel at home.

The breakfast was especially delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you once again for your exceptional hospitality. I look forward to staying at your hotel again in the future.
