We enjoyed our 4 day visit. Hotel in good location to all sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good impression when you meet friendly staff. Room very clean. I would recommend to other travellers!

Fabulous clean hotel and so close yo the main railway station.
The coffee machine in reception with as much free coffee as you like is a real bonus.
Reception staff are so friendly and helpful.

Too noisy

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your review after your stay. We regret that you were not able to enjoy it to the fullest and that there were probably some deliveries in the morning. As a rule, our windows are soundproofed so that you can sleep peacefully with the windows closed. We also recommend our superior or business rooms and our suites for particularly quiet nights, as they face the inner courtyard.
We are very sorry that this has clouded your overall impression, so that the hotel was generally rated poorly by you.Our staff are in the hotel from 06:30 - 23:00 and try to keep all our guests happy every day.You could have contacted us so that we could have at least taken your feedback on departure and looked for a solution.We would be delighted to be able to convince you of our rooms and service next time.
