Lieber Maximilian,

wir freuen uns über Ihre positive Bewertung. Es macht uns natürlich sehr glücklich zu hören, dass Sie die familiäre Atmosphäre in unserem Haus sehr gemocht haben. Wir sind seit mehreren Generation gerne herzliche Gastgeber in München und eine persönliche und individuelle Unternehmenskultur ist das was wir täglich gerne umsetzen um unseren Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

All perfect. I will return to Monaco in spring or summer and I know that I will chose to stay in this hotel, because it is very friendly!

Nice hotel close to the centre of the city in a quiet location.

Schönes Haus , obwohl rundherum viel Los ist, zB. die Großbaustelle Bahnhof - trotzdem war das Zimmer sehr ruhig.

Schön, dass es Ihnen bei uns sehr gut gefallen hat und Sie die angenehme Atmosphäre in unserem Hotel, abseits des Großstadt Trubels vor der Tür, genossen haben. Wir haben das Glück, dass alle unsere Fenster 3-fach schallisoliert sind und unsere Gäste so den Lärm der Stadt einfach draußen lassen können und im Zimmer wunderbar entspannen können. Wir hoffen, dass Sie uns auch in der Zukunft gerne besuchen kommen.

es hat auch uns viel Freude gemacht, Sie bei uns erneut willkommen zu heißen. Schön, dass Sie sich bei uns sehr wohl fühlen. Wir haben zur Kenntnis genommen, dass das WLAN während Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht einwandfrei funktioniert hat. Für mögliche Unannehmlichkeiten diesbezüglich entschuldigen wir uns. I was very comfortable at the hotel and appreciate your steps toward energy conservation. The room was comfortable and clean. Great location!

So good everything was fine while staying with us and you very much appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of our staff. We are sorry to read you could not find the perfect temperature in your room. The temperature can be regulated by the A/C. There is a discription and a user manual in your room where you find all the important infos how to control the A/C. Further our reception staff will always be happy to help and assiste you with any problems. So never mind to ask for support. We hope your night was okay anyway.

Reading you appreciate our environmental friendly cleaning and hotel concept makes us very happy and shows us that we are on the right way and our guests support this path.
