Very nice
Didn't quite like the location of the hotel

Dear Revah,

thanks for your visit and your review. We are happy to read you liked your stay. The location of our hotel is very central and we are located close to the train station. The location can be looked up before booking via google.maps e.g. Therefore we can not understand why you did not like the location you have choosen when booking with us. Our breakfast offers a huge variety of fresh and high qualitiy products. There are plenty of options, be it hot or cold products. To be fair, you will not find a lot of buffets with the same selection, except you stay in a 5* hotel. The positive feedback of our guests regarding our breakfast will confirm this. Anyway, we are sorry we could not convince you. Of course you can also stay with us without booking a breakfast. Maybe this is an option for your next visit?

Ruhiges, sauberes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich. Bahnhof nur ca. 3-4 Gehminuten entfernt.

Location was good. Room was nice, I especially liked that hair conditioner was provided in the shower!

We did have issues with checking in though.

thank for your visit and your review. It makes us happy to read you liked central locatoin, the comfort of your room and appreciated the toiletries we provided. Reading about your issus with the check-in makes me feel sorry. There was an communication error between the recpetion staff and the cleaning staff. The system usually works pretty well and normally, even though our reception is very busy, our reception staff recognize arrivals. It must be very busy that evening. Anyway, we are sorry for disturbing you in the morning. We hope you will visit us again and promise you, the next check in process will run smooth.
