We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Metropol very much. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods. And the staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay at the Hotel Metropol in Munich again.

Very good experience overall. However be prepared to hear ambulance sirens very often there is a hospital nearby.

We are pleased to read that you have already enjoyed a lot of it.
We have read your criticism and comments carefully.
In general, we attach great importance to feedback from our guests, as this is the only way we can continue to improve.
However, we have to take a stand on some of the comments, as many things were already known in advance that are now being criticised afterwards.
The fact that our rooms are not cleaned daily is stated in the room description and you will also receive a message after you have finalised your booking stating this and again before your arrival. Guests who stay 5 nights or longer receive a cleaning service with linen change every three days, which you have also received. Our service stations are available around the clock to take fresh towels or other bathroom items.
In these times of climate change, resource conservation and sustainability, we often hear the words "we could" or "we should" finally change something. But let's be honest: "we" is a great way of shifting personal responsibility and trying to pass it on to others.
We see it as our responsibility to safeguard our living space for future generations.
That's why we asked ourselves at the time whether daily room cleaning was still appropriate and came to the decision that we would no longer offer full room cleaning for an average stay of two nights.
Our breakfast buffet includes hard/soft-boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. As a 3-star hotel, we do not have any other egg dishes such as omelettes or fried eggs available. Given our generous offering, which many other hotels don't have, we believe that two egg dishes are quite enough.
However, we will still be happy to take your feedback and pass it on to management.
We are very sorry that the late check out didn't work. Depending on the booking situation, late check-outs are not possible on some days. Please be assured that our colleagues on site will always check this and try to fulfill all requests.
Nevertheless, we would be happy to welcome you again in the future.

Sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet beinhaltet wirklich alles was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen in einer Seitengasse direkt am Hauptbahnhof, perfekt für einen Städtetrip.
