thanks for taking the time to share your impressions with us and other guests. We are happy to read your stay with us was very good and you especially enjoyed the friendliness of our staff. They were happy to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Great the comfort and cleanliness of your room also met your expectations beside the view from your room did not. We are sorry you were expecting a nicer view and were paying extra for it. Within the city buildings stand close to each other. Maybe we have to redefine the despription on our website. But still, some of our top floor rooms offer a very nice view. Thanks for telling us. Anyway, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you would consider to visit us again.

Ein gutes *** Sterne Hotel mit modernisierten Zimmer und gutem Frühstück - eine gute Wahl für 2-3 Nächte wenn man ein zentral gelegenes Hotel sucht.

The hotel is is a good central location with easy walking access to the old town and train station. The staff we very welcoming and very helpful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a large en-suite and super powerful shower. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and set us up well for the day ahead. This was our second stay at Hotel Metropol and we won’t hesitate to stay again.

Lovely hotel in a good location near the train station and only a 10 minute walk to the old town. I would stay here again.

We appreciated the available water, tea and coffee. The water glasses however, are too tiny.
