We ran out of soap in the bathroom after our 1st night and it want refilled. The room was extremely hot at night. Almost unbearable. The AC was shut off every night at 10pm. Could not find the gym

We have noted that you particularly appreciated the hotel's location, the cleanliness of your two rooms, the frienliness of the team and the quality of the restaurant. As far as the air conditioning is concerned, we did indeed have a major problem and had to install a temporary system that was unfortunately noisy for our neighbors. You should have been warned in advance, but you weren't. I sincerely apologize.
The fitness center is located at level -1.

The hotel is clean and near SBB &bus stations. Very easy to get around. The breakfast is good.
