Das Hotel Mirabeau ist sehr gut im Zentrum von Lausanne gelegen und zu Fuss vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Küche des Restaurants zu empfehlen.

Good but disappointing that my room was not cleaned

I am delighted to see that you generally enjoyed your stay at the Mirabeau.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the lack of cleaning on the second day. We simply forgot to clean your room and this is unacceptable by our standards.
