Good but disappointing that my room was not cleaned

Madam,
I am delighted to see that you generally enjoyed your stay at the Mirabeau.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the lack of cleaning on the second day. We simply forgot to clean your room and this is unacceptable by our standards.
We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.
Kind regards

The service was professional and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet—ideal for both rest and work. The location was convenient, with easy access to transport and dining options.
