The staff is always incredibly helpful. Even though I only stay there once a year, I am always remembered and treated well. Thank you for your hospitality!

I had a good experience in this Hotel.
Unfortunately I forgot an bracelette in my room, and nobody of the cleaning staff did find it or give it back to the reception. I don't know, what happened, I phoned the next day, and the Lady on the reception told me that unfortunately there was nothing. Bur of Course this is not the fault of anyone but me :-(-

I asked the Housekeeper Manager to check your room a second time and unfortunatley we did not find anything.

Très sympathique et correct pour ce niveau d'hôtel!
Je viens de faire un email par contre, car j'ai remarqué que les CHF 10 débité en arrivant n'ont pas été prises en considération à mon départ.

L'hôtel est décoré avec raffinement, la literie mériterait un surmatelas pour un confort supérieur, gels douche et autres produits de toilette un peu juste en quantité, le rideau douche plastique ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 *!...Sinon c'est calme et le personnel à l'accueil est très accueillant. Bien situé mais un peu cher (comme tous les hôtels à Lausanne...)

Je vous remercie infiniment pour avoir pris le temps de poster vos commentaires constructifs.
Nous avons un projet de changer le peu de rideaux de douche qui nous reste par des cabines de douche d'ici 2019.
Concernant votre remarque sur la qualité des mets, permettez-moi d'être un peu surpris puisque j'ai votre questionnaire papier rempli de votre main indiquant la note de 4/5 pour la qualité des mets!
Concernant le service du petit-déjeuner, je suis sincèrement navré que vous ailliez eu ce sentiment désagréable qui ne reflète pas du tout la qualité des collaborateurs du Mirabeau.
