But for minor annoyances (like difficulty turning on TV and changing channels) overall experience was extremely positive. Will stay again and would recommend to others.

This is the best, friendly and most understanding hotel that I met. As my wife was sick during the trip, we have to reduce our stay and go back home to seek further treatment. After knowing our situation the hotel took the initiative to reduce our stay and refund 50% of the payment to us. I'm very happy and grateful to knowing them and I promise that next time when I go to Lausanne this is the first hotel that I choose.

L'utilisation des 3 salons attenants était optimale pour notre séminaire. Le seul inconvénient était le bruit que faisaient les portes des salons.
