We stayed two nights and the staff and room was very nice. Just wish breakfast was earlier.

Our BIG mistake with just the BEST outcome. We had planned to stay in and my wife believed she had booked accommodation in Lucerne (also in Switzerland) with Lake views. After getting over the realisation that we had mistakenly booked in Lausanne with Lake views (some 230kl from Lucerne), we nevertheless decided to stay with that accommodation. Well, what a beautiful original art decor designed hotel, the theme of which is carried through the whole building, including the restaurant, bar and rooms. Despite our error (partly perhaps out of sympathy), the staff at the reception (and then in particular at that point and thereafter, the Hotel Manager) could not have been any more helpful and obliging in accommodating us in a beautiful large room, with a balcony, on which we later sat and had a few wines. The king bed was probably the most comfortable we had slept in after 6 weeks of Europe. Absolutely no criticism her. Eleven out of ten for this experience.

Good. Nice staff - clean room. Bath supplies not replenished.
