It is an excellent location for business or pleasure stay in Lausanne. Rooms are large, fully equiped and clean. Personnel is very frendly. Breakfast is good (I have the impression that the place for self servicing breakfast is a bit small).

Very friendly staff and they accepted to shorten my stay. The location is good but a little away from the lake.
