Personnal at the restaurant should be pro active.

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour !

Un hotel de très grande qualité, une chambre très spacieuse vu sur le lac Léman avec son petit balconnais j'ai adoré. Le petit déjeuné très correct et pour le room service nous nous sommes régalés. De plus un personnel très souriant et sympathique.

Отель мне очень понравился, красивый, прекрасная локация, доброжелательный и приветливый штат, мне бесплатно сделали апгрейд, вкусная еда и напитки, отличный номер - просторный, удобный, светлый, с красивым видом. Когда еще раз приеду в Лозанну - остановлюсь здесь же.
