Good, as always. Staff is very friendly and polite. Christmas decoration is fantastic

Arrivés vers 20h, notre chambre nous attendait, et ce fut une très agréable surprise de découvrir une chambre confortable avec balcon et vue sur lac.

tiptop mais les chambres sont bruyantes, on entend tout dans le couloir, des bruits de gens qui parlent, des bruits de pas, ...

The hotel should allow access to people with disabilities adding an elevator at th entrance and at the restaurant

As the building is a listed historical monument, unfortunately, things are not straightforward, as the configuration of the entrance door would need to be drastically changed.
