The room was very cold, and our request to turn on the heating was not fulfilled. We were very cold, especially with our baby. Unfortunately, my daughter became ill, and once we returned to our country, we had to take her to the doctor.

Firstly, I hope your daughter is feeling better at the time I am writting to you.
I spoke with the shift leader at the front desk and the housekeeper on duty over the weekend. You did indeed call the front desk to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on, without mentioning that you were very cold. Our air conditioning system only blows cold air in the summer. We therefore did not understand your concern, and the housekeeping staff did not notice anything during your three-day stay.
We could have brought you an extra heater, blankets, and we could even have changed your room if necessary.
Please accept my apologies for missunderstanding your situation.
