Buon Albergo , Situato vicino alla stazione , personale cortese (anche se non parlano italiano) , pulito.

Un hôtel magnifiquement situé près de la gare, un peu "vieillot" - ce qui fait son charme, dont le personnel est charmant. La cuisine y était bonne sans être exceptionnelle.

Very nice hotel at a convenant locaties in Lausanne. The bed was very comfortabele.

Disponibilita' e cortesia anche conoscendo poco il francese e l' inglese accoglienza ottima in buona posizione e ottimo per la vicinanza al servizio bus in generale un ottimo soggiorno

Reasonably priced, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and a functional room- I’d likely stay here again.

Hôtel très agréable, chambres sobres, mais confortables, personnel professionnel et compétent, restaurant exceptionnel, petit déjeuner délicieux. Je me réjouis d'un nouveau séjour chez vous.
Petite suggestion: Cabine de douche dans les salles de bain au lieu d'un rideau, cela serait plus hygiénique, on éviterait d'inonder la salle de bain.
