It was the best hotel during my Europe trip this time. I’m not a best western fan normally but this one has nothing to do with my American experience of the brand. It is located in a beautiful building with typical Swiss architecture; elegant and posh. I will go back for sure! (It is 5 min walk from the train station & metro and about 30 min walk to the lake.)

Je suis toujours satisfait de mes séjours à l'hôtel qui en outre est un beau bâtiment à mon goût.
S'il fallait formuler une critique, je demanderais si l'on projette de changer les appareils de chauffage, qui paraissent un peu anciens.
C'est vraiment pour trouver un "défaut", je suis satisfait du chauffage actuel, qui marche convenablement.

I booked through a third party and experienced a troublesome website that didn’t show that my reservation was confirmed. So I attempted to book again. I ended up two exact reservations and had a horrible time trying to cancel one of the reservations when took almost a week working with Best Western main office and calling the Hitel directly. What a nightmare! I will not stay at another Best Western as this mess. Then when I arrived, I was treated very rudely and told that I had cancelled my reservation that day! Impossible, I was on a plane for 11 hours and a train for an hour prior to arriving. I have no idea what or where this hotel got the idea that I had cancelled the day of my arrival. It was the only place that I was treated rudely.
