All "ok" nothing spectacular

Dear Rodney,

thanks for your visit and your review. Good to read we were able to convience you while staying at our hotel. We offer a lot of amenities, including a free coffee/tea and water service in our lobby 24/7. We think this is a great service and most of our guests enjoy and appreciate this service. We think it's not a must to offer coffee and water for free in every single room too. Thanks for your understanding.

The hotel is really nice, I had a modern room. My only "but" is the area. I know it is not directly linked to the hotel facilities but it gave a bit of unsecureness perception.

Reading that you did not feel secure is such a pitty as Munich itself is a quite secure city. Of course beeing careful close to the train station is always a good idea but despite that you should be able to feel save in the area round Munich.

Great property that is unfortunately on a street that is seedy.felt uneasy to be on street after sunset
