Great location from the Train Station and close to nearby downtown shopping and attractions.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit hilfsbereitem Personal. Eine Insel in einer eher roughen Gegend.

Mi sono sempre trovato bene, ma questa volta no

Dear Mr. Trabacchi,
We have received your evaluation today and regret that you were not able to enjoy your stay to the fullest this time.
However, we hope that the 1st stay from 21.09 - 22.09.2022 was to your complete satisfaction.
It is a pity that you, as a regular guest, did not contact us directly at check out, but sent us a bad evaluation afterwards. We would have been happy to explain to you on site that we do not currently clean the rooms.
We also informed you about this in the offer and in the booking confirmation and it is written everywhere on the homepage as well as in the hotel.
As well, we also inform about this in the email that is sent to every guest before arrival.
Due to environmental protection and staffing reasons, it is not possible for us to clean the rooms daily.
Many hotels also implement this concept, as this is no longer possible otherwise.
Rising costs of energy, food, cleaning products, laundry costs have to be reflected in the price. In the future, everything will probably become even more expensive, as you might know from the media, and many businesses are struggling with high costs and don't even know if they can continue to exist. Unfortunately, many people are not yet aware of the situation we are in.
As you know, since a few years you always get a special rate and we always consider our regular guests.
We are very sorry that it seems we are no longer the right hotel for you.
We would have been happy to welcome you back next year for the Oktoberfest.
Maybe you'll give us and the concept another chance to convince you.

Nach der Buchung gab es noch ein paar Fragen, alle Emails wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Auch nach dem Check In gab es ein kleines Problem mit dem Parkplatz, auch dafür gab es eine schnelle Lösung. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hat uns sehr gefallen.

Nettes Stadthotel, perfekte Lage, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, top Frühstück, Challange ist wenn man mit dem Auto in die Hotelgarage muss (Autolift)

Schön, dass es Ihnen gut bei uns gefallen hat und Sie die zentrale Lage unseres Hauses sehr geschätzt haben und ebenso von der Freundlichkeit unserer Mitarbeiter begeistert waren. Wir haben u.a. auch Duplex Stellplätze in unserer Garage. Wenn man noch nie in eine solche Garage gefahren ist, dann kann es Anfangs etwas herausfordernd sein, wie Sie sagen. Super zentral gelegenes Hotel (nicht nur zur Wies´n)
Alle echt wahnsinnig freundlich und serviceorientiert.
Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Gerne wieder !
