Ich war einfach zufrieden! Ich freue mich immer, wenn ich von Menschen empfangen werde und nicht elektronisch einchecken muss, denn meistens dauert das viel länger, weil immer irgendwo etwas missverständlich ist. Über die Süddeutsche Zeitung in der Lobby habe ich mich gefreut. Ich finde es angenehm und umweltfreundlich, dass nicht zwischendurch geputzt und Handtücher gewechselt werden.

Convenient

Dear Karim,

thanks for your visit and your review. We are glad your stay was a convenient one. The only thing that makes us unhappy is to see your rating about the cleanliness at Mirabell. Cleanliness is very important to us. You complaint that there is no room service even though you accepted that we do not offer cleaning when booking your room. We further pointed out that we have no cleaning service when you checked in. We offer self-service stations with fresh towels, Kleenex, toilet paper and all other toiletries you need. Therefore we think it's not appropriate to rate the cleanliness negatively. Thanks for your understanding. Regards Paula
