War kaum im Hotel aber es war zentral gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Wenn ich mal in München bin würde ich definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

thank you so much for your review, which includes a lot of positive feedback and also nice ideas for improvements. Thank you so much. We are very happy to read you very much enjoyed your stay at Mirabell. Great you felt very welcome. It was a pleasure to host you. We are glad you support our sustainability policy. True, guests could change their towels on their own every day but we can assure you that after introducing our self service station we realized that the waste of towels could be reduced a lot. So people do think about changing their towels before handling and we are very happy about this development. Regarding your suggestion of improvement concerning the cups for the coffee machine we are currently working on an improvement. Thanks a lot for making your suggestion. We hope you will stay with us again soon in the future.
