Posizione molto comoda
Personale molto cortese
Nessuno parla italiano :-(

Dear Lia,

thanks for your visit and your review. We are happy to read you liked the central location and the friendlines of our staff a lot. We are sorry that noone of our reception staff was able to communicate in italian while you were staying with us. We do have collegues who speak italian but obviously there were not working during your stay. We hope the communication in English was fine too. Looking forward to host you again.

Best regards
Paula
