Für das Hotel spricht die sehr zentrale Lage, der gute Service (Freundlichkeit des Personals) und dass mir nichts negativ aufgefallen ist !

Tolle Lage, wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen, Innenstadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, freundlich, sauber, nett!!

Haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Betten etwas hart.
Haben zuhause jedoch ein angepasstes Bettensystem.
Bad entspricht nicht mehr ganz dem aktuellen Standard.

wir möchten uns für Ihre tolle Bewertung bedanken und schätzen uns glücklich, dass wir Ihnen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglichen konnten. Toll, dass Sie zu Hause ein auf Sie individuell eingestelltes Bettensystem haben. Wir haben hier die normale Härte bei Matratzen gewählt, da diese in der Regel für die meisten Gäste passend ist. Sie hatten ein Zimmer mit einem noch nicht renovierten Badezimmer gebucht. Wir werden im Laufe der Zeit alle unsere Badezimmer auf den neuesten Stand bringen, sodass dann bald alle unsere Zimmer top modern sind. Wir freuen uns, wenn Sie uns bald wieder einmal besuchen kommen.

The area is very ethnic so found food choices limited. We did not feel safe after dark. Your web description indicates you have Abar, not just a beer spigot and honor fridge. Steps up to the elevator make carrying heavy luggage difficult. Closeness to central station is a plus.

thanks for taking the time to send us a feedback on your recent stay with us. We are glad the closeness to the train station was a plus for you and you generally appreciated the cleanliness of our hotel. As you experienced our hotel as very clean you can be sure that also our carpets are need and clean. Keeping them fresh is a must and we do clean them professionally regularly. We understand that some guests just do not like carpets but we guarantee you that you can feel comfortable at the rooms with carpets. There are only few rooms with carpets left. We will update them in the close future and will then only offer rooms without carpets. Should you visit us again, please feel free to book a room without a carpet.

We are sorry to read you did not feel too safe during the night when walking around in the closeby area of our hotel. Our hotel is located close to the train station. As everywhere in the world, these areas in a big city are ethnic, multicultural and very lively. So far our staff or our guests never experienced any negative things but of course it's always good to be aware, especially when you are a foreigner in a city. There are several bars, restaurants or shops around the corner. We are not sure what kind of restaurant you were looking for but our reception staff is always happy to make recommendations so never mind to ask for information. We would be happy to assiste you with your baggage too, just let us know. We know that there are some steps that can be difficult to manage for guests with limited mobility. Thanks for your understanding.

Finally we would like to mention that our price-performance is very good. As the IAA is taking place at the moment in Munich, prices in hotels increase, so do our room prices.
