Der freundliche Empfang und die netten Begegnungen mit dem Hauspersonal waren, von Beginn an, sehr wohltuend für mich. Jede(r) einzelne Mitarbeiter/in zeigte ein ehrliches Interesse am Gast und fand auch die Zeit, ein persönliches Wort zu wechseln. Neben den geschmackvoll eingerichteten Hotel (Zimmer) beeindruckte mich die Liebe zum Detail. Das Namensschild der Service Mitarbeiterin überraschte mich sehr positiv. Herzlichen Dank.

A great hotel! Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Right near the Octoberfest grounds.

A fantastic stay. Nothing to put a finger on. Staff was very friendly and helpful in all areas.
