Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Es ist super dass man direkt in der stadt ist.

Wir waren für ein Wochenendtrip in München und haben die typischen Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht. Fast alle waren in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss vom Hotel aus erreichbar. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, das Zimmer war gemütlich, das Bett sehr bequem. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Frühstück war der Hammer: frische Produkte, grosse Auswahl, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können das Mirabell nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage ist leider so la-la, einen Block höher ist schon ruhiger. Der Rest ist sonst gut.

I've stayed at your hotel back in September. I've stayed there 5 different times and I love your hotel. I had one problem the last time that I was there. I came home from being out at about 11 PM and the guy behind the desk was pretty rude to me. I think his name was Karl. I brought back a sandwich to eat and I asked him if I could eat at the bar and drink a beer. He acted put out and treated me like a street beggar. I wasn't drunk and he belittled me the whole time that I ate. I wasn't finished eating and I wanted another beer to finish my sandwich and I could see him on the computer in the office shopping for furniture. He seemed put out by me when I asked for another beer. I finished my sandwich and he made me clean up my mess and even made me throw the empty bag in the trash outside on the street. I love your hotel and I will stay again very soon actually. I'm a GM of a restaurant in Texas and would want to know if my staff treated one my my guests like this. I should have submitted this sooner, but I forgot about it until I came across the email. Thanks for having such a great hotel.
